This project involved a 30 acre tract proposed for the development of a 160 lot subdivision in Lincoln City, Oregon. The site is located near the Oregon Coast on a hillside adjacent to Devils Lake.
The west boundary of the property is in common with the lake and contained marsh and other wetland types. Areas uphill from the lake were primarily an alder, spruce, and Douglas-fir woodland. ETC investigated the site and provided the services stated below. This project is still in the development process.

- Evaluation of upland, riparian, and aquatic habitats
- Inventory of plant and animal species
- Survey for rare, threatened, and endangered species
- Analysis of physical, biological, and social impacts of proposed development.
